Scalable Commerce Experience System

Bizrate Rendering Main Pages Website

Created as part of a large scale UX transformation initiative at Bizrate, this collection of page templates was designed to support millions of scalable URLs while creating a cohesive and confidence driven shopping research experience for consumers. The system combined seller transparency, detailed product research, comparison shopping, ratings, reviews, pricing intelligence, and search discovery into a unified commerce platform architecture.

The seller detail pages highlighted merchant trust signals, ratings, editorial content, and curated products. Product detail experiences enabled users to compare identical products across multiple retailers using pricing, shipping, discounts, bundles, reviews, and seller reputation data. The search results framework was optimized for high volume discovery, filtering, and scalable comparison workflows.

This work was developed through extensive prototyping, iterative UX refinement, and user testing to ensure consumers could quickly gather the information necessary to make confident purchasing decisions. Serving as Director of UX, I led a team of designers and editors while remaining deeply hands on throughout concept development, systems thinking, interface architecture, and production execution.
